OUR ADULT PRICES CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE SEASON AND HOW MANY NIGHTS YOU STAY WITH US.  CHILDREN STAYING IN THE SAME ROOM AS ADULTS WILL BE CHARGED THE SAME PRICE ALL YEAR.  UP TO 10 YEARS £15 EACH AND 11 TO 17 YEARS £20 EACH PER NIGHT AND WILL INCLUDE BREAKFAST.  WE DO NOT MAKE A CHARGE FOR A BABY IN A COT.  PLEASE PHONE OR EMAIL FOR AN ACCURATE PRICE.

A deposit equivalent to the first nights payment is required in order to reserve the accommodation and the outstanding balance is to be paid upon arrival. (If you decide to cancel your booking we regret that your deposit is non-refundable).

 Single rooms are available from £30 to £45 per person per night for bed and breakfast. (we have 3 available). 

Double rooms based on 2 sharing are available from £28 to £40 per person per night for bed and breakfast. 

Twin rooms based on 2 sharing are availabe from £28 to £40 per person per night for bed and breakfast.

Family rooms based on 2 adults sharing a double bed are available from £28 to £40 per person per night for bed and breakfast and a child in a single bed will be £15 for a  child aged up to 10 years and £20 for a child aged 11-17 years per night for bed and breakfast.  We have a cot available for a baby, (no charge is made for this).  Please phone with your requirements.

Supplements will apply for single occupancy in a double room, also for a one night stay.  (please phone to check availability)
