UNDER 10 YEARS £15 EACH PER NIGHT AND OVER 10 TO UNDER 16 YEARS £20 EACH PER NIGHT AND WILL INCLUDE BREAKFAST. FAMILY OF 4 ROOM PRICED THE SAME ALL YEAR (SEE BELOW). A deposit equivalent to the first nights payment is required in order to reserve the accommodation and the outstanding balance is to be paid upon arrival. (If you decide to cancel your booking we regret that your deposit is non-refundable).

Single en-suite (rooms 1,4 and 5) are available from £30 to £45 per person per night for bed and breakfast.
Double en-suite (rooms 2,3,4,5 and 6) based on 2 sharing are available from £25 to £40 per person per night for bed and breakfast.
Twin en-suite (rooms 2,3,4,5 and 6) based on 2 sharing are availabe from £25 to £40 per person per night for bed and breakfast.
Family en-suite rooms (rooms 2,3 and 6) based on 2 adults sharing a double bed are available from £28 to £40 per person per night for bed and breakfast and a child in a single bed will be £15 for a child aged under 10 years per night and £20 for a child aged 10 to under 16 years per night for bed and breakfast. We have a cot with bedding available for a baby, a £7.50 per night charge will apply. Please phone with your requirements.
New for 2012 rooms 4 and 5 compact and cosy en-suite with interconnecting lockable door for family of 4
Fully refurbished and Ideal to be used for a family of 4, 2 adults will have a superking bed which can also be seperated to make a twin on one side and 2 children in 2 single beds making another twin on the other side with the interconnecting lockable door allowing for privacy when needed! with each room having its own lovely brand new modern en-suite and television. If you have more than 2 children please phone and we can discuss how best to accommodate you. Although these rooms can have other uses as singles, doubles and twins, if used for a family of 4 it will be available for £100 per night all year for bed and breakfast.
Group Bookings
We welcome single group bookings but only for sole use of the guesthouse. We can accommodate up to 15 adults. Our price will always be £35 per person per night for a 2/3 night stay and includes a continental breakfast. We also ask for a per person deposit of £25 in cash as a security bond which will be returned on departure. (1 night stays are charged at £40 per person but only accepted at certain times please phone to discuss).
Supplements will apply for single occupancy in a double room, also for a one night stay. (please phone to check availability)
