Bedroom 1
Bedroom 1 – Bedroom 1 is a single en-suite bedroom and is allocated on the first floor upstairs. This room has been completely refurbished with a modern en-suite.

Family Suite
This is our family suite. Four people can be accommodated in an adjoining room with separate en-suite facilities. This room has just been completely refurbished to a high standard with contemporary décor.

Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 – Spacious double en-suite bedroom with patio door leading on to a private balcony with table and chairs. This room can convert to a family or twin bedded room by adding a single bed.

Arran Lodge is situated only a short level walk from the seafront, English Riviera Conference and Leisure Centre, Princess Theatre, Harbour and Torquay town centre. You can visit the Torquay seafront via Torre Abbey and its beautiful gardens.

We are the resident owners of the Arran Lodge and have been working hard over the last 4 years refurbishing the guest house to make your stay a more pleasant and comfortable one, whether you are coming to Torquay through work or pleasure. We are looking forward to welcoming previous guests as well as new ones.
Arran lodge is open all year. It is centrally heated throughout and offers 6 lovely en-suite bedrooms accommodating up to 15 adults. If you would like to have the sole use of the guest house with friends or family then please phone to check availability. WI-FI is available free of charge. Rooms are equipped with a modern 22" flatscreen digital freeview television. Our generous hospitality trays contain brand named tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a bottle of water along with luxury biscuits for you to enjoy. They are replenished daily. Also, for guests staying with us for longer than 1 night, our bedrooms are refreshed daily, towels are usually changed every 2/3 days and bedding is usually changed weekly.
